Creating a New Asset:
Ideally before adding an asset to your system the following items need to be completed: - Asset Groups, sub-groups, and descriptions - Customer added - Certificate / Reports and associated questions - if any
Methods to Add and Asset to a Customer:
1) Using Job Tracker Online: Customer -> Asset Tab -> Add Asset button
2) Using Job Tracker Online: Bulk Import routine - use a CSV file containing all the assets.
3) Using the Mobile App. Add the Serial Number
