Assign a Custom Document to a Job

Steps:

 

1) Go to the Job Edit screen and select the "Custom Document" button

NOTE: The Custom Document Icon will change depending upon if documents are assigned to the job and if they have questions outstanding as shown below:

2) The screen to manage the custom documents is then displayed showing the available customer documents on the left side of the screen

3) Check the document to add and then click the "Add" button. Right click the Custom Document once it has been added and select the "Answer Questions" option.

4) Select the "Answer Questions" to complete each one
