Setting up the location for the Invoice folder.
** Note: The folder location is stored locally, so this process needs to be repeated on every PC
Set the Folder location:
1) Click the Add/Edit button
2) Select the folder that you would like to use
3) Repeat this sequence on all PC's needing to save invoices
Note:
* Each PC will need access to the same folder (you may want to set-up a Mapped Drive e.g. x: or z: etc)
* If you are using BusinessFlow away from the main office then the copy to the save will not work
