Matching Ebay Items to BusinessFlow Items:
Use the EBAY "Customer Label" to add the BusinessFlow part number of the matching item. Then during the import each part on the order will be checked to see if it exists in the "Parts database".
The "Custom Label" should be set-up as following examples: "part no| misc text", "socket123| misc text" "2.5mm lead| misc text"
the customer label has two parts, the first part is the exact part number as set in BusinessFlow followed by a pipe character "|" (this is the 'pipe' key to the right of the shift key) after the pipe you can enter further descriptive text. The pipe character is very important and signifies to BusinessFlow the end of the part number.
VAT We rely on the CSV file containing the correct Sales tax/VAT rate.
Each item of the CSV file should have a Sales Tax / VAT percentage which will be used by BusinessFlow to create the invoice. If this is at 0%, then the BusinessFlow will use default VAT rate as set-up in BusinessFlow configuration
