The Stock Control module is fully integrated into the BusinessFlow program.
When parts are added to any job via the job edit screen the user is given a choice to either automatically deduct the parts from stock (if sufficient quantity is on hand) or alternatively create a purchase order.
The Stock Control module has the following features:
| • | Each part can be assigned warehouse, sub location, min/max levels |
| • | Each part can have preferred suppliers / prices |
| • | Make manual stock adjustments - add or take parts from stock |
| • | Create stock replenishment purchase orders |
| • | Receive stock - systems knows if the items are for stock or for a job |

| • | every transaction is recorded to a history log for audit trail |
