Managing Images and Documents

Images and documents can be added from both the administration login (here below) and also from the Mobile Login (Mobile -  Images and Documents)

 

Not all companies require this feature and there are set-up and maintenance required (e.g. storage space, back-up software support). Contact Infotek Software if you want to use this feature.

 

Adding images and documents from the admin login:

 

First open the job edit screen Edit / View Job Details

 

View the doc store area. If there are documents then a green tick will show. If there are no documents then a red cross will be shown.
