Add / Edit Job Status Options

The job status gives you the option to assign a status to each job which helps with identifying and progressing jobs through your business process.

 

There are several features associated with the job status including:

 

 1 You can create new job status's (as many as you wish to reflect your business Process).

 2 Each sub status can be assigned a unique colour

 3 If you choose a dark colour then you can select the font to be white

 4 you can set certain sub status options to be excluded from displaying on the mobile (e.g. if you had "waiting invoice")

 5 For certain sub status option you may want the mobile user to explain and add a note (e.g. if job can't be completed). These notes are then viewable on the admin job edit screen.

 

NOTE: Click Update to save each change
