The Job Tracker Asset Module consists of four systems working together:
1. | Internet Server, database & file storage |
2. | BusinessFlow Online PC Software |
3. | Mobile phone application |
Job Tracker Online
This is the main management core of the system and the main tasks performed are listed below:
• | Asset 'Groups', 'Subgroups', and 'Descriptions' are defined. |
• | Certificates are created and questions associated with those certificates are defined. |
• | Customer details are recorded along with head office, all their sites and locations within each site can be defined |
• | Assets are created with serial number, plant number, inspection frequency, certificate type and assigned to a customer |
• | Jobs are created and scheduled for specific engineers |
• | Resources are assigned to the job. |
• | Assets can be assigned to the job (if details are known OR can be assigned from the mobile app during inspection) |
• | Inspection results can be logged and actions created and tracked to closure |
• | Certificates can be approved, results updated and certificates created |
Mobile Application
This is an optional feature and works as a 'slave' to BusinessFlow Online. The main tasks performed by the Mobile app are:
• | Download scheduled jobs for that engineer |
• | start a job, review any assets already assigned to that job |
• | Add new assets to the job and inspect them |
• | Add existing assets from the asset database and complete an inspection |
• | Complete inspections for that asset |
• | record pass, pass with caution, fail results |
• | record any actions required on the asset to be completed by the customer or a later date |
• | Synchronise all results back to the main database and BusinessFlow Online |
Web Portal
There are TWO parts to the web portal a) the customer login and customer pages and b) the company web portal. Both are used to view assets inspection history and certificates.
1) The Customer Web Portal is only accessed via the internet and requires each user to have a login name and password. . The customer is able to see their asset inspection history, results, and the latest certificates.
2) The Company Portal: is accessed directly from the Job Tracker Online Software. You can access the company portal in one of two ways:
a) | Firstly via the Job Edit Screen: the web pages will display all assets inspected when that job was completed. User can see their asset inspection history, results, and the latest certificates. |
b) | Secondly via the Customer form: and all assets linked to that customer can be reviewed and you can also see their asset inspection history, results, and the latest certificates. |
