Setting up the location for the Mirror folder.
** Note: The folder location is stored locally, so this process needs to be repeated on every PC
Set the Folder location:
1) Click the Add/Edit button
2) Select the folder that you would like to use
3) Repeat this sequence on all PC's attached to this folder
Note:
* Each PC will need access to the same folder (you may want to set-up a Mapped Drive e.g. x: or z: etc)
* If you are using BusinessFlow away from the main office then the copy to the mirror will not work
You can define the folder structure where the files are saved..
The following folders will automatically be created on the local folder when a document is saved using either Mirror AND the Large file storage options
