Manually saving a file to the Doc Store:

 

To add a file to a job's document store:

 1) open a job edit screen

 2) click on the "Doc Store" icon

 3) Select the "add new file" button

 4) browse for the file to add

 5) select the type of file e.g. image, quote or select the LARGE file option

 

** Note: Documents produced by BusinessFlow using the inbuilt templates are added automatically to the job's document store, unless the user selects not to.
