Document Store

The document store holds all documents associated with a particular job.

All documents are typically held on the CLOUD server and are available when-ever you log in. Cloud files are uploaded and downloaded as required and are available from any PC running BusinessFlow: Manually adding a file

There are also special options that can be used when files are saved here:

1) DOC STORE MIRROR:

copy files to a mirror local area network (LAN) folder: Copy Files to a Mirror LAN location

2) LARGE FILE STORAGE

If the files you store are very large (e.g. CAD files, or large images), then you can select to save the file to the local are network (LAN) folder rather than the cloud: Send Large files to LAN location

** Note: Large files stored here have their location stored within BusinessFlow but not the actual file. You will need to keep this location safe and available to the PC running BusinessFlow.

   If these files are lost there is no back-up from BusinessFlow.

   We recommend that you have a back-up solution in place to keep these files safe.
