What do the prices Include?:

Set-up charge: covers set-up of a dedicated MSSQL database and file document storage area, design/conversion of your templates, training, installation support, and configuration to suite your business processes.

Monthly subscription Includes: Phone and E-mail support, all program updates, daily back-up and advice on improvig software use. There are no other hidden costs, we maintain the online server, database and filestorage space

 

What is the customer web portal?:

The customer web portal is an optional online system that shares job status, selected job data, invoices, documents with your clients. You assign them a unique log-in, they can only have access to their client data and only the things you want to share. The customer web portal would suit companies that do multiple jobs with the same client.
